Introduction
|
HFLW industrial cold water machine series are widely used in industries including the induction heating,
industrial electric,
plastics, electronic manufacturing, electroplating, pharmacy chemical engineering, ultrasonic cooling, and printing. They can precisely control the temperature required by modern industry, thus greatly improve production efficiency and product quality. Hanfu industrial cold water machine features easy and simple operation, reasonable design, excellence quality and hundreds types of specifications, so it is a good companion for modern industry.

2.
Unit features and functions
|
 imported American or Japanese new compressors featuring built-in security protection, low noise, low electricity consumption, and long service life.
|
 Original Schneider electric parts that guarantee stable operation and long service life.
|
  Imported original Italian water pump with high output, efficiency and lasting service life.
|
  Imported precision digital display temperature controller is provided in order to precisely control water temperature with variation ± 1 °C. The temperature ranges of 5 °C to 50 °C . |
  Full stainless steel thick water-tank-type evaporator is integrated with the built-in automatic water compensation device for quick and convenient cleaning and maintenance.
|
  The condenser of the water-cooling unit is bushing type, and the internal thread copper tube is inside the bushing, so it is of reasonable design and good heat exchange. |
  The heat radiation cold row of the air-cooling unit is made of tilted slices and cavalcade copper tube, in production, the second edge tilting machine and advanced heat exchanger production line are used in order to guarantee and efficiency. |
  The operation panel adopts the automatic control system with functional displays of compressor operation, water pump operation ,temperature and temperature difference setting. The security protection indicators are complete, and the operation is simple and convenient. |
  Static plastic spraying enclosure with European design and elegant appearance. Fast removal and mounting method is used in the external panel for convenient operation and maintenance. |
